We currently have a position available within our busy, growing business for a forklift/construction plant engineer. Having recently been awarded the dealership for a global leading brand of materials handling manufacturer, there are plenty of opportunities to progress your career within a family run, forward thinking company. The successful candidate will benefit from a good rate of pay with plenty overtime as well as a modern van.

Duties will include:

• Carry out preventative maintenance
• Investigate, troubleshoot and repair a wide range of faults both on site and in the workshop including hydraulic, electrical, engine etc.
• Replace tyres using our own forklift tyre press
• Carry out Thorough Examinations

Required Skills:

• Experience with forklifts or similar equipment is essential
• Experience carrying out Thorough Examinations will be advantageous
• Driver’s License is essential
